Payment Policy: A 50% deposit is required to initiate any project. This deposit is non-refundable should the customer cancel while work is in progress.
Maintenance & Updates: Future updates or edits required from our side incur a fee starting from RM50 per request.
Late Payment Policy: Balance must be cleared within 1 month. Sites unpaid after 3 months will be deleted. Restoration requires an additional fee of 50% of the package price.

Yes! All packages include 30 days of free basic support after launch. For any additional edits or updates required from our side after the support period, a fee starts from RM50 per task.
